| Confirmation | The booking is only valid after the receiving of a deposit. We will send a definitive confirmation as soon as we receive the deposit. |

| Cancelation | If you cancel up to 1 month prior to your arrival, we retain your deposit as a cancellation fee. |
| Local tax | From January 1st 2018, the new local tax of 1,75 euro per person and per night will be levied. Children under the age of 14 do not have to pay the tax. |
| Children | Free accommodation for children up to the age of 3. |
| Internet / W-Lan | We offer free internet via wireless or cable. |
| Bus | The skibus stops periodically 100 meters from our house. The skibus is free of charge with the Val Gardena MobilCard. |
| General |
Pets are not allowed. The lessee is liable for damages to the apartment. On your arrival day the apartment will be ready at 15.00 pm. On your departure day we kindly ask you to leave the apartment not later than 10.00 am. |
